Production data

Both plants have their own fully equipped tool-making departement. In-house programming, cam and cutting tool design and production as well as the construction of special devices and gauges enable us to respond to our customers' particular requirements very quickly and at reasonable prices.
     

Our manufacturing capabilities:

  • For coil stock: Ø 1 to Ø 9mm
  • For bar stock and tubing:
    Ø 2 to Ø 100mm
  • For machining of pre-manufactured blanks: up to Ø 250mm
  

Further treatment:

  • Secondary turning, drilling, milling and threading machines
  • Thread-rolling and flat-rolling machines
  • Centerless-grinding machines
  • Trowal-vibratory finishing and deburring machines
